Christian Maiorana, son of the owner
and chef, has made substantial changes
to his wine list over the last three years
and have noticed certain trends
developing with his preferences.

Many of his decisions in choosing wines for the wine list have been emotional, stemming from great experiences with friends and family. "I find that wine has a mystical lure that can turn an ordinary occasion into an extraordinary experience. I believe in the saying of Peter Finlayson, and that is that I too believe that there is synergy between great times and good wine."

We would like to encourage you to experiment with our wine list, but should you decide to bring your own bottle, a corkage fee of R50 per 750ml bottle will be charged.
